Sky: "essential new information" ?
I just caught an announcement about a leaflet giving "essential new information" which was apparently inside the latest Sky magazine - which I, as ever, threw away unopened.
Just what is this information?
Thanks in advance.

Nothing you don't already know if you can navigate your menu... mostly just about parental control and how it has been updated in the latest software updates.

John
I gree. It used to have full listings I think. Now it has to be using half a rainforest per issue - there are more inserts than any magazine I know of.

I always file my copy straight in the bin along with all the credit card, loan application forms and scratchcard competitions that fall out of it.

i have to giggle as i open mine have a real quick flick through it then bin it within 20 minutes and i thought everyone else kept them.
Don't Sky and the advertisers realise that when it used to be a
real useful tv guide people used to keep them and not just sling them?

The big problem is that too many people bin it then the first they know of a price increase or package reshuffle is when it happens

I think you need to at least scan the letter: that's the only notification of price changes, etc, etc.
As I find out when I rang to complain about a price change
