New Sky software

I saw this article about new Sky software back in April:

http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/article/ds20466.html

I still don't have any of the new features despite forcing a software update on my Sky+ box. Has anyone else got this? What software versions does it leave you with?
Thanks!

Sky+ boxes have not received an update yet. Sky+ are usually the last boxes to be updated - some makes of ordinary Sky box have been done. No point in forcing upgrades - when it's there, you'll get it.

Thanks Nick. I'm just really looking forwards to the automated red button clearing!

Interesting reading this - i've obviously had the update for months now but didnt realise (the new options should have given it away i guess).

That onscreen icon timeout setting is a real doozie

The radio channels will soon move to a 4 digit based number when the EPG is reshuffled later this year. I assume it was simplier to include this first step within the last updated then send it out 6 months later.
