Lost mp3

I have a Motorola V635 and having only had it for a week, I was fiddling around with it this morning and accidentally erased the MP3 player and the two games that came with it.

Is there any way of getting the MP3 player back?

(also the games but not so bothered about them.)

Was there maybe an installation CD came with the phone?
Have you read the owners manual?

Cannot find anything about the mp3 on the cd though.
