Well they have 100% feedback with over 100 people which is a good sign.

Just remember that a smaller company may not always be around but you'd have manufacturers warranties anyways.

 that PC World computer is ridiculously low spec for that price, then again it's PC World :P Online retailers like Dell or Mesh might be an alternative.

Looks bloody good for that price. Plus if you pay by paypal you have the £500 protection if it really goes pair shaped, although looking at their feedback it looks a bargain.

I have been in touch with them about a different case, the guy(Ross) got back to me within a couple of hours.
The payment thing is what bothers me,they only take p.order, cheq and a/c transfer.
I have just e-mailed about this though.

Just had a reply from Ross:

We don't take card payments as the profit margins on PC are so low and
all credit card facilities charge a percentage of the transaction (from
2 to 4%) this equates to a large percentage of the profitability.

We will accept PayPal payments if you cover their 3.9% charge.

We could buy you in a Thermaltake Soprano case for an additional £30.

Ross

what do you think?

Specs dont ring true. First they say its a 3.8Ghz Athlon 64. Theres no such beast. Then they say its a 2.5Ghz, then they say its a Athlon 3800++. What the eck is a ++?

Build it yourself - have you priced up the parts seperately?

Exclamation

Contact the other buyers. And see what they think now they've had their systems up and running. Thermaltake Soprano VB1000SWS Case for £30.00 is very good, but that depends on the cost of the case he is going to keep?

Maybe just a typo though, as the feedback does "look" good. Alot of the items sold have been things that dont cost more than a fiver, but there are a few PCs in there though.
