The wife said......Yes!
She who must be obeyed has finally said yes to a new T.V. and it looks as if I will get the Sammy SP46L6 from Makro.
However, I live in West Sussex and I will buy the T.V in the West Midlands as my in-laws are members of a local Makro.
Does anyone know if Makro will deliver to an area where there is no local Makro?

Makro don't themselves deliver fullstop. They may be able to put you in touch with a local delivery firm though or you can try this lot: http://www.taxi-vans.com/
However, if you're planning to get the TV down from the West Midlands to West Sussex it would probably be cheaper if you hire a van for the day. Or order from www.robertsons-online.co.uk.

I find my LG 44" dlp is enough for the bedroom,
but I need 85" from the epson front pro in the living room for full satisfaction

I agree, a 40-50' set for the bedroom is just right. I have a 46' rear pro in the bedroom which I will replace with a 50' in time. I would love a larger screen size than the 65' for the living room. As and when the bigger sets arrive I will upgrade. As most of you know Im holding out for a 82' screen. (mitsubishi )
