american monitor on english base unit
hi i currently have a american pc-monitor via voltage convertor adapter thingy

but im buying a new base unit in a few months and wondering if the american monitor will work with it? the monitor is called 'compaq mv540' and has the blue monitor cable.

thats all i need to know really, ty
