Why am i Zoomed in in Internet Explorer

I dont know how but i was clicking somewhere on the screen in internet explorer and with the roll ball it zoomed into the screen. Now its stuck with text very big. how do i change these settings!?

Hi, you can alter the text size by holding down 'ctrl' and moving the mouse wheel forwards and backwards.
