Banana Wall Plate

Hi,
Anyone know where I can get :

1. A 4 slot 2 x red 2 x black Banana Wall Plate which does not require any back soldering.

2. Decent banana plugs which also dont require soldering.

I have had cable installed in my new house for the two rear speakers but want to fit a nice tidy wall plate now but dont want or fancy soldering!

Talk to any of the installers at www.konnect2.net

They have access to a range of modular and standard wall plates that offer speaker terminals with screw down terminals on the rear.

Typically you can get a red/blk pair in one euromod / mosaic module which then fits into a single gang wall plate.

for the banana plugs maplin sell shark ones (in the car audio section) which require no soldering and work very well. they take a reasonable cross sectional area too.

Surely with a blank plate, a drill, and some ingenuity you could do it yourself.

The best bit of hifi is making your own bits and seeing them work just as well as expensive of the shelf items.

Go on be brave!!!!
