All in one systems with DAB radio?

Hi everyone!

I am looking in the market for a new hi-fi system, with cassette deck, FM and DAB radio and a CD player. It would be an added bonus if any of them had AM/MW/LW.

Anyway, I am not interested in seperate components but am looking for an all-in-one. So far, I have found the Sony one here, but it doesn't seem to be very powerful or have many good reviews.

Any others? Looking for a price range between £200-£300.

I dunno what yer price range is but the TEAC Reference 300 mkII DAB may fit your requirements.

Amplifier, DAB radio with FM/AM, CD player. A cassette deck is an optional extra.

Oh.....and the speakers, whether they be TEAC's own or another make, are extra.

It is a very nice system and I bought Wharfedale Diamond 9.1 speakers to go with mine.

Whoops, didn't put price range. To be honest, not looking to spend very much. Between £200-£300.

Have a look at the TEAC CR-H250. It does all you want, is about 250 with decent speakers and has received good reviews from the press and those on this forum. I have one and find it an excellent system.

how about the Denon Dm35DAB - its dead small and I think you can get a matching cassette deck

I'm about to purchase a TEAC CR-H250, could you answer some questions for me

1) does it have Alarm function? i believe it does but can you confirm
2) does it have a wake on CD instead of Radio

any advice, gonna be using it in the bedroom for alarm clock etc..

Yes it does have an alarm function and from what I can make out from the user manual you can set it to wake you up from radio or cd. I have however never used this function myself.
