Just watched the finale on E4, but how come USA got a 90 minute special which included a 10min Batman begins preview. Did they also get an extended finale? :confused:

The finale was an extended episode, can't remember the exact length and the High Def version I have doesn't give a runtime when played with VLC.
The ep runs for 77minutes (no adverts), well according to my software DVD player anyway:)
when will part ii of the finale be shown?

The downloaded version clocks in at 51 minutes. They just loaded the broadcast with adverts and the Batman promo.

Hmmm, the player must have trouble with mpegII transport streams otherwise I've got 16 minutes of action more than you:)

You could fill half a season with those pair going for the oscar in looking hurt and betrayed towards eachother:)

Would have been better than the 3/4 of a season we've just had where they chased a bunch of stones and Clark found a dog!

A damn fine dog though, well before the kryptonite wore off.
Pity it didn't go postal on Lois Lane, I know the whole Lana/witch/stones was pushing the limits of what is acceptable but adding Lois into the mix just didn't make sense.
Lets hope season 5 is better and from the finale it could very well be:)
