Best TV for £500....??

Hi

I have a max budget of £500 to spend on a tv for a family member. I'd like it to be as big as possible (32" max I guess for the price) and it also doesn't need to have surround sound as this has already been purchased.

Whats currently regarded by forum memebers as the best set to get??

I like the look of the Toshiba 32" Picture Frame 3 but this looks to be out of my price range. Are the cheaper 32" Tosh's any good?

Any opinions gratefully received!

Regards
