Confederates cup from Germany

Anyone watching this on Channel 5?

Its suppose to be a bit of a dry run for the world cup next year in Germany. Looks like they are also doing a dry run for the Hi-Def transmissions, the picture quality is far ahead of any other football match I have seen for a standard def transmission on channel 5 (via sky), its very crisp and pin sharp, crowd detail is very good.

Any real hi-def feeds of this been transmitted?

Five is one of the best channels on Dsat in terms of picture quality probably thanks to the lack of multiplexing required since they do not have dozens of regional variations crammed onto to few transponders like the BBC and ITV.

It's not bad but like any sky channel it lacks the sharpness of freeview definatly, unfortunatly I can only get freeview when conditions allow from the Isle of Wight
