Spec me mum a TV :D

Hi,

Mums looking for New TV to go in the Living room and after looking at my new TV (Toshiba 32ZP48P) she decided she wants one with the speakers at the bottom as she hates all the cabinet of speakers at the sides. She has a price range of £350 and may go upto £400 if she likes it. I did say to her that Toshiba Z44 series have the speakers at the bottom but she doesnt no what size to go for and her friend at work today(they also brought Tv from flurry's was told that 100Hz was the best you can get for TV atm, so she has that in mind now. So What ever you think is good in a £350 -£400 price spec with speakers at the bottom (if any other than toshiba) then please say?
