FMJ A22 biamped with P85 - can this be done?

Hello,

I was wondering whether you can use a P85 power amp biamped with a FMJ A22.

I appreciate that there is a 15 watt difference & so I would use the P85 for the bass but can it be done without causing any problems to either the amp or speakers (MA Silver 6).

Just won this on ebay but missed out on the bloody P25 power amp!!

Kind Regards

Matt

Tried this out over the weekend & it did sound good but the amp ran very hot (as with most of us in London on the weekend!!), much hotter than my A85?

I hope this isn't doing any wrong?

Matt
