Post Delay times for Yamaha DSP-E800

How do you work out the delay time settings for the rear speakers. I have a Yamaha DSP-E800.

If you have a poke around the www.dolby.com site, you should find a simple diagram for the delay settings. There are different settings for 5.1 & pro-logic. They used to be in the FAQ's. Good luck.
