Mirror Card On Secondhand Contract

I want to get a "mirror card" for a self install sky plus box but my current subscription is a seconhand contract (as my original sky box was DIY as well).

If I phone sky are they going to tell me to bugger off? and if they say yes are they going to charge me? (my current second hand subscription is for the full sky package)
