Throw distance query

Hi

Could someone please clarify which throw distance calculator is most accurate - the one on projectorpoint.co.uk or projectorcentral.com.

I have tried both of these for the Hitachi PJTX100. I have set both for a throw distance of 10.5'. The comparisons are as follows;
projectorpoint - min zoom = 55" screen width, max zoom = 69" screen width.
projectorcentral - min zoom = 61" screen width, max zoom = 98" screen width.

Can anyone advise which is correct?

Many thanks.

If you go back to Projector Point you'll see that apart from the throw calculator you can also download Hitachi's own brochure as a PDF file. On the last page it gives a table of throw distances. From that you should be able to work out which one was telling the truth.

Regards
