arcam alpha 7 amp - where get a manual? bi-wire help req'd

Hi.
Just obtained an arcam alpha 7 amp.
Would like a manual..
Is there a source for one..?

I had bi-wired speakers that were connected to twin binding posts on my last amp.
As far as I can figure - I need to connect both pairs of my runs of cable to each speaker to each binding post on the 'direct' channels??
Correct??

What is the function of the 'direct' Vs 'switched' outputs??
I presume I dont connect one run to the 'direct' and one to the 'Switched' do I??

Have you tried contacting Arcam's support? They might be able to send you a manual in pdf format. When I bought my Alpha 9 amp a few years ago it didn't have the manual and Arcam just sent me one through the post for free!
