Quite good - and within a mux as well.
Pity they have to use that 'orrible shutttering effect as a link between clips.
(and all sound in French)

FEC is 5/6.
TSReader currently reports 14 Mbps.
Convenient timing 'cos I already had dish at 19E doing some tests on the Premiere H264 stream on the same bird (had an email from Rod, TSR author, asking me to do some tests with new beta version just completed)

For ayone with the registered version of TSReader with access to new betas, there are quite a few improvements in version 2.6.42 ; Rod was was explaining some of them last night in the USA Satforums chatroom.
For starters tone or voltage controlled band switching of LNBs is now supported automagically (once you tell it your type of LNB).

The channel is viewable with the VLC player via TSreader 2.6.41 but not very good. Any setting I need to adjust as Prog DVB etc playback is 100%
