Can someone tell me what the x-over point is when you select small as the speaker size? The owners manual gives refrence to 100Hz as i.e. but does not give an actual x-over point. I assume if you select large, you get a full range signal.
I can't say for sure for the AVR200 as I don't own one and can't find a downloadable manual, but on most AV receivers you can set the crossover that best suits your speakers. It is not set by the speaker size setting.
Mark.

The crosover point on the AVR200 is at 200Hz (-typo error should have read 100Hz sorry-) as the manual says. This means that both the SUbwoofer output and the main outputs will be at -6dB and in phase with each other at this point so theoretically they will add to a flat signal.

Reason: Typo error on Xover frequency
As good as the receiver sounds, I would call that really poor bass management.
Does that mean when the speakers are set to large, every thing receives a full range signal and when set small everything below 200Hz goes to the sub?
I have read every page in the owners manual and there is no reference to a 200Hz crossover anywhere in the manual. When I read your post, I checked it again. Nothing there.
