Viera wall bracket advice.

I have ordered a PV500 from RGB direct with the wall mount. I assumed the wall mount was a panasonic one, but when I looked on their website it says universal bracket:

The bracket is:

To be honest, it doesn't look like it will fit the Viera as the bottom sticks out

It says virtually flush fitting, but you can't have that on the Vieras, help???

Has anybody bought a viera of them with this mount?
