JVC TUDB1 + My Winfast TV card

Hi All,
I took home a TUDB1 Freeview box from work two weeks ago and am loving the Big Brother coverage on E4.

The problem I'm having is:

My TV card is connected to my Video and the Video has now packed up on me there is no power going thru it

I had connected my JVC Freeview box and used Scart to connect to it. It worked fine.

Now I have tried to connect my Freeview via RF but the TV Card Tuner cannot pick up the channels or a channel where Freeview is broadcast.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Has anyone successfully connected a Freeview box directly to a PC TV card?
