Damm.. my cable box is broke..

Was just getting round to put the cable tidys on the cables when i pulled out the power cord from my ntl pace box ( by mistake ).
Now when i put it back in ( we are talking milliseconds ) Sky one had gone all blank, cant get picture or sound, also on some of the movie channels,
So will it be easily repaired or time to get a new box...

Are cable boxes rented , as opposed to owned like Sky ones ?
I guess you provider will just replace it

what modification did you do? can you reverse it?

otherwise look at a code to reset the box, it should retune everything, if something knackered the power then id imagine it would of blew the entire box
