Failed Recordings that were ok!

I have a couple of movies I recorded about 2 months ago. They suddenly showed up as failed today...even though they have beeen ok for the past 2 months! Anyone seen this?

I upgraded to a 120GB hard drive about 8 months ago and had no problems. I tried a planner rebuild but they are still showing as failed!!

Thanks
