MPEG4 transmission has begun.
The German sat provider Premiere has started MPEG 4 (H264) testing on 19E 11915H, SR 27500, FEC 3/4. I can only manage to record the TS stream and play it back very badly using the Elecard 3.0 player. I did a few screen grabs from there.
