RGB connections help!

Hello

I have just purchased a panasonic dvd recorder and a panasonic 100hz tv

I have looked in advance at manuals and I am not sure how to hook it all up!!

I think I would plug dvd recorder into tv via component
Sky box via RGB scart to dvd recorder
sky box via the other scart (non rgb) to tv...

so how would I watch skytv in RGB if there is no direct connection..? am I right in thinking Sky only has one RGB scart output?

thanks in advance

Most SKY boxes only have 1 RGB outlet and RGB pass through. However if you have the Horrid 2nd Box from Sky ,it has no RGB at all and only one scart.
You should use AV1 out on your Sky box (RGB) selected to DVD recorder AV2 (RGB selected) then AV1 (RGB selected) to your Television RGB socket. You can connect via Component and may get a better picture that way, but you will not get automatic input selection on your TV and you will probably find the DVD recorder will need to be ON while watching Sky etc. There should be RGB pass through when connected via RGB so the DVD recorder can be swtched off.
