All-in-one without speakers

Hi Help needed.

I am looking at changing my CTR TV for an LCD (Tosh 3737WLT58) and while doing so wanted to tidy up/change some existing kit. One of the things I would like to do is to get rid of my receiver and DVD player and get an all in one unit. ( the two unts are looking a bit dated now).

I already have the speaker set up (Sony SAVE835's) so only require the all-in-one unit for the below:
DVD Player
Ability to put Sky and Media Centre inputs into it (For audio) Optical would be preferred
Component out (HDMI would be great).
Wish list would be:
DVD Recorder with 160GB HDD

Any help or suggestions would be welcomed
