Is this PC spec possible?

Maybe I am unreasonable, but I cannot find a PC which would offer the following:

1. View/record Freeview and analogue terrestial TV
2. View MPEG2 standard and hi-def satellite
3. View MPEG4 standard and hi-def satellite
4. Enable access to encrypted satellite transmissions as above (i.e. using at least 2 conditional access modules)
5. Provide positioning control for a motorised satellite dish (36 volt motor)
6. Provide at least 3 DVI inputs and at least 1 DVI + 1 HDMI outputs (all HDCP enabled)
7. Provide wireless networking
8. Bluetooth or IR remote (including keyboard)
9. A stylish exterior...

Any ideas?

For sure you will not find an off the shelf PC to do all you require.

You will probably have to do a lot of searching on the internet to get the various components and software.

For FreeView and analogue TV there are PC cards on the market.
I believe sat cards are much rarer due to copyright issues.

Software control of motorised dishes is not a first so the software will be available somewhere.
