WMP not playing all flac files?

Hi all,

for some reason WMP isnt playing all my flac files, it plays about half of them but the rest it reports the codec is missing. Foobar2000 on the other hand has no trouble playing any of them.

does anyone know of an app to audit my files? I really don't want to re rip all my cds

Cheers

I didn't think WMP played FLAC at all?!? Are you sure you don't have some other format files in the same folders as your FLACs so that it looks like WMP is playing some of them but not others?

If you have got WMP playing FLAC I'd like to know what plugin/codec you're using please...
