Modem driver help

HI,
I have upgraded to xp and cant get the modem to work.Anyone know where i could get a driver for the following.
Intel chipset modem
Mentor...make?
v.92 fax modem
ITU-T v.92
Hayes AT command compatible
Tried looking on web with driver searches etc
Any help appreciated or will have to buy another modem.

thanks for that website,useful.The only other problem i have is that when i set my pc to shutdown,it then re-boots automatically and the only way i can turn it off is by the plug. Is there a setting in the bios or something i need to alter as it is a bit frustrating.

Thanks for post, but played around with bios settings last night,altered Lan setting? and system crash settings(kept note of what i changed) and this hopefully seemed to sort it out as i can shutdown windows and it turns itself off now and re-boots when powering up as normal.But thanks anyway and have looked at site.
