Or go to Star City in Birmingham or the Warner Westend to see 'Space Cowboys' on a true DLP Cinema Projector!
And see what Digital Cinema is all about!
Next Film up in DLP Cinema is 'Red Planet'
showing at the above!

I think the point here is that the DLP in an actual Digital Cinema is not a domestic unit and is beyond the reach of most humans, whereas the Seleco HT200 is within the reach of a much greater number.
I actually think that Owl/Seleco are quite bold to launch this device by playing it on an actual cinema screen! Although they are perhaps cheating somewhat by replaying a source which no-one in the UK is capable of using. I look forward to it nonetheless though!

Are there any "Digital Cinemas" near me in Leicester.
What does DLP stand for?
DLP stands for Digital Light Processing and is the trademark for Texas Instruments (TI) Digital Micromirror Device (DMD) based projection systems. check out www.ti.com/dlp (http://www.ti.com/dlp) for more info.
I can't help with Digital Cinema in Leicester, however I believe there is a unit at star city (?) in Birmingham
You could also look into celluloid V Silicon, which is a DTI / DCMS supported event going round the country talking about Digital Cinema. It has already done the London part but will be going to Belfast, Glasgow, Bradford and Cardiff in November, taking HD sources, Digital Projectors and showing what they can (and can't) do - have a look at www.celluloid-silicon.com (http://www.celluloid-silicon.com)
