You could try Global HiFi on Clayton Street in Newcastle 0191 2303600 (They installed my plasma on the wall for me) or you could try DSE Digital in Low Fell: http://www.dsedigital.co.uk/

Sevenoaks are good guys (did my system). As for the cables, TVS (opposite Central Station) are worth a go.

I can reccommend global, they have a dedicated install team, and are very professional. Paul (manager) has been in the game for 30 years, and there is at least 20 years of experience in every install team.. i don't know the other shops, so can't comment on them.
Have a chat with a few, decide for yourself!

Re: Installers in Newcastle area?

I would highly recommend Global HI Fi too must admit I havent used there installation service but I know Paul the manager pretty well. Recently bought a set of Kef 3005's from there not long before the 3005SE's came out which nobody knew about at the time. Went back in when I seen the SE's in What Hi Fi spoke to Paul few weeks later I had my 3005's replaced for SE's at no extra cost. Also bought my Onkyo 875 there first one had a broken scaler went in seen them and got it swapped over no problems at all excellent service.
