I notice that the run time for the pal R2 and ntsc R3 Incredibles differ (111 mins v 115 mins), but the film is supposed to be uncut for both regions.

Why the difference - is it down to the frame rate differences between pal and ntsc?

Yes 4% speed up as per usual. Definitely no difference in the movies.

The Region 1 DVD and the laserdiscs sounding as they should, around 24 fps the international standardisation norm the sound on the films sticks out like a sore thumb, being so used to hearing it in the cinema, like to have a all region DVD player that way best of both worlds…
