You can get it here (http://www.mcecustomizer.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=23&Itemid=1) just have to register first.

Unfortunately, the link hasn't been working for a while (last 3 or 4 days at least). Don't know why.

Oh yeah, just tried it and no go - I have a copy on my hard drive I can try and mail you if its not too big at 1.61mb, or maybe send via MSN?
