Does anyone have this combination? Which of the 6 appliance buttons do you use? What procedure / codes did you use to set it up?

yup - I use the VCR function, but have selected an appropriate layout.
each key had to be taught individually - I'm not aware of any code that will set it up as a MCE remote.

OFA are usually very good with updates. May be worth giving them a call and asking the question. The more people that ask, the more they are likely to provide one.
