Post Multi region for Panasonic A160 (Hack?)

Does anyone out there know of a region 1 or multi region hack for a Panasonic A160 DVD player? If anyone has any hacks or advice I would be most greatful.

If I remember correctly, it is an IC mod.
Easy soldering in of the mod. £25 if you can do it yourself.
The details may still be available at www.techtronics.com
The mod 'how to' can be downloaded and printed off.
It should be auto/manual type, therefore defeating any puny RCE problems.
