my sony kd32dx200 has problems do you recognise.

I just got a brand spanking kd32dx200 and the picture is bad I just got rid of kv32fq86 coz of problems and I thought I upgraded the picture is terrible on any source on dvds when their is motion the screen is blurred and grainy on a test pluge for brightness and black and white the centrre of the screen is considerably darker and less bright than the edges their is also a two inch band down the right hand side that is pailer on black screens please help me.
