Capturing SKY in MCE 2005

So far I have been suggested I look at the Hauppauge 150 MCE. Has anyone got this card? What is the PQ like? What is the best MCE compliant capture card to capture SKY+?

I'm already using the RGB Scart out to my Plasma so I assume I should use the S Video out? Does the 150 have S Video in?

PVR150 has Svideo in. Capturing via MCE is not very good. Using other software is better.
