Just a heads up really.

With no announcement (well none that I saw anyway) Universal have replaced the Pacino classic with a new version that has a light fluffy making of and a DTS soundtrack. I'm not sure if its has a new transfer or not. You can get it in allsorts of offers at the moment so it wont cost a fortune.

Nice heads up, i really like Carlitos Way and the DTS soundtrack might just mean i have to buy another version.

Is this already out? Carlito's Way is one of my fav's, one of De Palma's best imo!

This has been out for a few months. I picked it up in one of HMV's BOGOF sales. "Sea of Love" was also rereleased at the same time in widescreen (the previous release was only fullscreen).
