Do the Sony Digital Reality Creation rear projection t.v's benefit from input from a progressive scan dvd player?
I din't think the DRC range of Sony's have pro-scan inputs, or even component. Toshiba are the only TV manufacturers who market models with component inputs in the UK, and they're not pro-scan ready.

I think they have one set of component inputs. If their pro-scan I do not know?
I never trust the salesmen to tell me the truth so I always try to get feedback and info from these sites - very informative. Thanks for the response.

For PS you need PS inputs (via component), IMHO Sony's DRC TVs don't have that (yet).
Toshiba AREN'T the ONLY company that do TV's with Y-U-V inpust on them in the UK. The Loweo Aconda will accpet anything thrown at it for much the same price, even PS RGB, via. a PC style input.
Just thought you might like to know.
