Dimmer

We've recently redone our kitchen/dining area which now has 14 50W LV with individual transforer. Currently they are too bright to sit down for a meal, OK for cooking etc.

What I'm after is a dimmer that can take the load, whether normal or remote.

Any help much appreciated

do 1000W dimmer switches which should be fine.
It would be worth e-mailing them with your setup, as low voltage with transformers are a different animal and of course P=IV (Power = current × voltage), so does that mean the switch needs only pass a twentieth of the current (12V vs 240V). E-mail them. They'll know. I don't!
