Hi all, anyone know of a UK mains switch controlled by infra red rather than the usual radio rf control?

cheers, Spook

B&Q have some at the moment that they are selling as remote christmas tree light power adapters - these are just IR power adapters...have a look in B&Q.

Otherwise I remember seeing a few places on the web that do them...try a google...

Try Varilight dimmer. If you tap when it's on, it will turn right off. Although, when it's off and you tap it, it will dim up (not turn on).

Dunno if this will work for you, but check it out.
