Pio 668 or Denon 2910?

Anyone got an opinion on Pio 668 vs Denon 2910?
or an alternative?

My current setup is:

HC: Yam 2400, Toshiba 110E, Kef 5005 (6.1)

Stereo: Nad 521BEE, 320BEE, Very old Nad tunner, Evo 1's (Bi-Wired)

As you can see the the DVD player is letting the side down

I am also planning on purchasing a HDMI 32" LCD next year when they should hopefully start looking better than my 4 year old 28" 100hz DD5.1 Tosh CRT.

Any other opinions on improving my setup is also welcomed.

Thks
