DV29, 32" LCD - iscan scaler worth it ?

Hi

I have an FMJ DV29 with Loewe 32" LCD (also have sky+). I want to get the best picture I can - will an iscan improve the DVD picture or is it designed such that the iscan is redundent ?

See my reply in the other forum.. basically I don't think you'll see much if any improvement on a 32" screen to be honest. That's a damn good dvd player so you should be getting a very nice picture anyway, what's wrong with it that makes you want to get an Iscan HD?

Cheers,
Andy.

I shouldn't have cross posted !. Idid not see the progressive scan forum. Prime reason was to improve sky+ - I was also interested to get views on wether the DVD could be improved.
