Question Hard drive cable in Sky+

Hi Guys, does anyone know the specification of the hard drive cable in a late V1 Sky+ box i.e. how long is it and how many pins 40/80? I'm about to change my drive and have read that the old cable often breaks taking it off. I'm about to order from CPC so I want to have a spare handy!

Thabks

Dave

Pull on the plug, not the cable, and you'll be OK If it's hard to remove, use the old trick of winding some cord around the plug and pull on that. The cable used on IDE connectors is very thin and easily strained.
