Panasonic s97EB or Samsung HD945

Trying to decide which to get at mo. I know not many ppl has not got the samsung or a small handfull.

I have also heard about a HD947 is this true? and a issue called black crush.

If someone can shed some light on these areas and players, thank you.

Also upscaling do both do this and can we manually change from 560 say to 720, thanks, and is this feature only ava on the samsung! cheers
