Harmony 655 sky+ menu jump problem

Having problems with my Harmony 655 jumping 2/3 times when scrolling thor the Sky+ menu and the Sky programme listings !!
Anyone with the harmony managed to sort this ??

Try re-learning the SKY+ buttons rather than relying on the ones in the database SKY+ device record. My PVR8000T behaved strangely before I did this. At least you will know that the remote is giving out the correct commands.

Go to the device 'More options' then 'Learn infra red commands'. It just takes a minute or two.

If they still don't work try learning them as raw commands.

1. Click More Options beside the device on your Harmony home page.
2. Click Learn Infrared Commands.
3. Click Custom. The page will reload.
4. Select the boxes for commands you would like to teach, and click Learn Selected as Raw.

I have been having this problem on my Manhattan satellite receiver.Many times I have used the learning section,and even learning the commands raw solved nothing.
Needless to say,the Harmony is on its way back to Dixons until their database is more updated.

phelings if you phone HArmony CS in canada they can sort far more out than users are allowed to via website...... I think your decision may have been a tad hasty.....
