Wall-Mounting

My Tosh 32WL48 has been begging to be wall-mounted.

I have some ideas what to do. Has anyone done this and recessed the cables in trunking within a brick wall?

I am looking for a source of

1. Metal trunking around 5 x 2 inches

2. Flush-mount outlet plates and plaster boxes for the speakers. Ideally something half the size of the standard 80 x 80 mm outlet plates.

Any advice would be appreciated.

You may be best going for 20mm steel/plastic conduit in two or three runs?.
