can i program ir-commands with my mx-700?

hi there all. I have a bunch of descrete codes for my arcam stuff that i would like to program into my mx-700. the thing is - i'm not sure if i can do it or not with this remote

i.e. code

16-123 (power on for A32)

how would i do this?

you might want to repost this in the ARCAM forum, there are a few people in there that have a MX700. Dwette is one guy, and he has posted his CCF file in their as well
