Hi

Is it possible to programme the remote to a set volume ?

That's not a question about the remote, but a question about the device itself. If your device supports discrete volume commands, then you could program the Mosaic to replicate the signals, but I've never heard of a device that supports discrete volume commands, so it's unikely that yours does.
